Range Science Graduate Program
The Department of Animal and Range Sciences offers graduate work in range science leading to the Master of Science and Doctor of Philosophy degrees. Specific areas of study include rangeland ecology and management, restoration ecology, animal and plant nutrition, plant taxonomy, disturbed land reclamation, animal behavior and physiology, brush and weed control, ecophysiology, and watershed management.

Degree Requirements
The Department of Animal and Range Sciences is a sponsoring department in the recently approved interdisciplinary graduate degree program that offers both an M.S. and Ph.D. degree in Water Science and Management. The degree program is being handled through the College of Agricultural, Consumer, and Environmental Sciences (ACES).
